I’m happy to share the new edition of The Art of Not Knowing: A Practical Guide to Spiritual Awakening.

At the heart of this book is something very simple: spirituality doesn’t need to be difficult to understand.

So much spiritual language can feel distant from everyday life. I wanted to bring it closer — to explore fear, anger, suffering, intuition, love, presence, and the movement from mind to heart in language that feels human, practical, and easy to enter.

But more than anything, I didn’t want this to be a book you simply think about.

I wanted it to be felt.

My invitation as you read is not to agree with every word or try to remember everything. Read slowly. Notice what moves inside you. Notice what opens, what challenges you, what suddenly becomes clear. Let the words point toward something rather than become something else you need to know.

Because spiritual understanding, for me, becomes meaningful when it stops being an idea and begins to change the way we experience our lives.

That has been one of the most beautiful parts of releasing this work. Readers have already written to tell me that the book has shifted the way they see themselves and their lives — that something became clearer, lighter, or simply easier to understand.

That means more to me than anything.

The Art of Not Knowing is ultimately an invitation to trust your own being a little more, to loosen the need to have every answer, and to discover what becomes possible when the mind no longer has to lead every step of the way.

If you read it, don’t rush through it.

Feel your way through it.

And see what comes alive.
